Just something I need to say but something I can't say to the only person I want to say it to:

So now I know for sure!
You'd think it would make me sick.
I actually feel quite relieved.
Now I know for sure.
I know the memories I have,
I didn't just make up.
I'm not deranged or disgusting or sick.
All that time not knowing
All those years worrying
All that pain wondering if it happened
Or was I just that crazy to make it up in my head.
So now I know for sure,
What happened way back when.
I don't feel so scared any more.

It helps to talk to people about how your feeling. Maybe write down a note for what you need to tell the person and give it to them?
