Kat, glad today was better for you! You seem to really enjoy spending time with your support worker. I was wondering if the two of you did anything that would enable you to meet real friends to socialise with?

yes me and charley are going to certain groups like walking, swimmingm cinema and cooking in the new year so i will meet new friends then, they wont be my age but at least its somebody nice, i already made a new friend at the cook and eat group, she was called denise and she was lovely.

my mum and stepdad have gone to the pub without me, they said i couldnt come because i dont drink that often and they wanted 'time alone' which is understandable, but it has left me feeling rather lonely.

also the voices have given me a new years relsolution to stop eating for x amount of time, and i think im going to do it, i need to lose weight, i need to be thin again.

Hey Kat, I'm glad you're going to be doing lots of new things this year, it sounds like it will be good for you :)
You don't need to stop eating though lovely, you're just fine as you are and you don't need to lose weight at all x

Hey Kat,

It is really positive that you are trying lots of new things and meeting new people :) it sounds like it's going to be really helpful for you.

I'm sorry the voices have told you this. I don't think you should stop eating. It's not healthy and to remain in a stable MH you need to look after yourself physically too.
