Hey,
Are you still seeing a counsellor, or anyone of the sort? If so, then try and talk to them about it all, and see how they can help you. :) If not, then it might be best if you can perhaps go and see your Dr about it, or see if there's a counsellor that comes into your college - you school counsellor seemed to help you, last time.
Try to keep yourself away from knifes, and other sharp objects, because all they're going to do it tempt you into cutting yourself - and that's really not a good thing to go back into, like you know. Keep yourself as distracted as possible, remind yourself why you stopped, etc. Do you know if anything has triggered these urges off?
You may feel as if your boyfriend & mum would be disappointed in you, but I think you should perhaps try and talk to them now. It may be upsetting for them, but I'm sure they'd like to know when you were feeling low, and may be able to help you out & offer much needed support. They seem to care about you greatly, and I'm sure they'd love to be there & support you as much as they can.
Look after yourself,
Rachael. x
