Secret Santa help

On another forum that I am a part of, I have decided to take part in a secret Santa.

My person that I have to buy for says she likes owls and liquorice, but I am stuck what to buy her! She's in her 20s so I don't want anything old fashioned.

So far the only ideas I have is an owl notebook and a pen! There isn't a price limit, we are asked not to go too mad, so I would like to spend about a tenner (excluding postage).

So any suggestions welcome!

Primark have a lot of owl related things at the moment- like ornaments and fleecy throws and bed socks- got to love bed socks!

Given enough tea I could rule the world.

I have just looked at the boots gift guide and found a few owl things! I think I will go to my nearest large boots (and where primark is across the road) soon to look for owly things.

So many owl things around at the moment! You should be able to find something nice I'm sure :)

Owl mug.

Fill it with licorice.

Maybe an owl necklace? Those have been kind of popular where I'm from right now. I love mine. :P

Giving up doesn't always mean you're weak.
Sometimes it just means you're strong enough to let go.

Well I went to my local primark and I found no owly things. I think I will stick to eBay.

Well id buy some liquorice and then cut and twist and whatever you need to do to turn it in an owl shape, then leave it out to harden and hold its shape. Et viola you have your own handmade liquorice-owl *patent pending*

Cuz we all spend half our time running around, f*cked out of our minds
And we spend the other half sleeping at desks and praying just to get back...

That shade of crazy suits you

I found an owl necklace on etsy - the only other place I found with owl necklaces is Accessorize. Even with postage, etsy is cheaper. I have also bought some owl socks, and the owl liquorices which Starling pointed out. I think that's about it!

I think that sounds like a lovely present, I'm sure she'll really appreciate it!
