Need prayers for a couple of my best friends
I'm not sure if this is the right place to put this, but this one isn't about me. My best friend, Casey, got her car broken into, and her wallet stolen. Along with a hundred sixty dollars cash, there were Avenged concert tickets, and bracelets from the tour she just got home from, and a keychain that a friend of hers has the other half to. Casey's says 'Avenged,' and her friend's says 'Sevenfold.' These are importantly, sentimental, valuable things to her. She carries them around in her wallet as a good luck charm. She says that she doesn't really care about the money, she just wants her A7X stuff back.
And my other best friend, Jenn, is having a very hard time with her family right now. Before Thanksgiving, her mother started choking her, when Jenn got irritated with her mom for being physically abusive to one of their dogs. Her mother's an alcoholic, and I guess was drunk at the time. Her mom is out of town at her sister's house, and Jenn, and her father are packing up, and looking for an apartment. Jenn is going to stay with her aunt untill her dad finds an apartment for them. They have to get rid of all but two of their dogs, and the rest of their animals as well (they basically have a farm, I mean she has chickens, and cats, and goats, and llamas, and so many dogs). They're cutting all ties with her mother, but they have to find a place to move to first.
I'm not much of pray-er, but my mom is, and my friend, Catherine, is. And I've been praying pretty hard for them both today. I'd appreciate prayers, and good thoughts for Casey, and Jenn. They both really need it right now. I just don't know what to do for them, except offer my shoulder, and I can't even do that for real, because Casey lives in Australia, and Jenn is a whole state away. So if you pray, or whatever, I'd appreciate you adding them to to your prayer list. It would mean a lot to me.
