Hey guys ..

Mich is finding things difficult at the moment and tonight has been an eventful night she is currently on a 136 and was heading to hospital , the police attended to her 3 times tonight , she is scared and alone they wouldn't let me go with her I'm waiting for the call I will be going up the hospital shortly and will update but I thought it would be nice if she knew how many people care about her as she doesn't seem to realise and hopefully when she is up to it she will come post her.

Firstly thank you for all the replies. Thank you so much chrissy for writing this..

Okay so I had a meeting with my social worker yesterday.. She said I NEED a med review ASAP. I need to try and get through today. I can do it right

Clare thinks maybe a stay in a crisis house would be helpful.. Clare said I need to try and talk.. I'm scared.. We spoke about my dad..

I would love to be able to get through without hurting myself or anyone..

I should just fuck off and die..
