Doing Well So Far
Been self harm free now for nearly 6 months and it feels really great. Things seem to be looking up and i feel really happy. I have an amazing gf who i love with all my heart and would do anything for, never been happier in all my life.

6 months is an incredible achievement - very well done, I hope that you're proud of yourself :)
Keep on going, day by day and week by week and before you know it, you'll be at 60 months. You can do it :)
