Hi Everyone

Just signed up to join this site. Now a little worried that I am too old!!!

Found this 'vets' area though which seems a little more suitable! I am 32 and have had mental health problems diagnosed since I was 17 and been on medication and involoved with mental health services all this time. Just can't seem to change 'me' or my life and desperately need to do so and feel sooo useless for not being able to.

Feel quite alone and struggling a lot at present and would like some 'friends' similar to my age to talk to really. Hope to get to know some of you.

Thanks for responding to my message. I am glad I am not the only 30 something - I was feeling really old!
I am sorry you are also finding things hard. It is so exhausting trying to 'fight' the whole time, or as much as possible, I find anyway.
Hope to ge to know you and others here more as I read more posts and maybe write some more of my own.

Hey, im 30 and recently returning to the boards. I used the site a lot in my teenage years and early 20s I would say im now back mainly to offer support and advise to others. although I have noticed a few posts on here which have made me re-evaluate myself.
