Wound Care Question - Inflammation of cuts

So yesterday I cut again and I keep good hygene but I'm wondering if anyone has any tips on how to reduce the inflammation. Thanks and stay safe xx :)

The only thing you can do is wait. Maybe keep it covered and use neosporin or vitamin E or both. I find the swelling goes down on my own cuts usually within the first 24-36 hours.
