Hi guys!
With the exam season now in full swing, the Supporters wanted to let you know that we're here, should you need a place to share your feelings, so that you know you have some support available and so that nobody feels alone. The exam period can be a very busy time but it can also be incredibly lonely, tiring and stressful. Although we are available all year round, the Supporters wanted you to know that we're here for you, especially this time of year.
The Supporters aim to provide a non-judgemental and confidential service that will listen to any of your problems and hopefully, help you find a way to reach out for more offline support or to reach manageable solutions for yourself. No problem is too big or too small, and some typical problems we deal with are self harm, abuse, alcohol/drugs, relationship problems, school or university, and suicidal feelings, however we would be happy to talk about any problem that was bothering you.
We apologise for Live Help being offline at the moment. We are currently experiencing technical difficulties which are being worked on and we hope, eventually, rectified. However, if Live Help is offline, or even if it is online, feel free to contact the Supporters via email. Our email is
support@recoveryourlife.com or it can be reached by this [
link]. We aim to reply to you within 24 hours, though at busy times this might take a little longer. We reply to every email, however, sometimes we cannot send a reply because the email address that we have been provided with is typed wrongly. Therefore, if you do not receive a reply, this could be the reason why.
Please, please re-check the email address that you give us because we would hate for you not to receive a reply and to feel even worse because of it.
This notice does not simply span over the next few months, so remember that we are always simply an email away.
Enjoy yourselves – though please, take care.
