Hope everyone is okay here today...

I messed up and landed up in hospital for 2nights after a fairly bad relapse, just been declared "medically stable" so being allowed to go home today. The crisis team man tried talking to me, but I didn't trust him. Feel rubbish. Still not feeling safe
