Have you tried any distraction methods to keep yourself from harming? Do you have a job that'll help you pay for some of your debts? If you ever need help don't let feeling guilty about getting it stop you :)

maybe you could talk to a financial planner or debt consultant... i don't know about the uk, but i'm pretty sure there are free or low cost ones here, and there might be something similar... getting professional advice about the money might help you feel a bit more confident.
what feelings are behind the wanting to harm?... fear, shame, guilt? people harm for all sorts of different reasons, and sometimes it can help to relabel the "need to harm" feeling as what it really is, which is an emotion like the ones i listed...
and i'm proud of you
this is my magical medicine cabinet. Left to right they contain: courage, hope, calmness, and strength.
The magical part: They NEVER run out, so borrow some any time you want.
Sorry that all this is getting on top of you and making you feel like harming.
With financial problems, some cities have organisations specifically to help people with MH problems manage their money. Failing that, there is always CAB.
Try to remember that these are issues that can be resolved once you're feeling a little stronger emotionally. There are ways through this that don't involve harming yourself.
What kind of support network do you have right now?
The CAB can help sort out the debts with you if necessary they will refer to a debt company who dont charge you but will contact all your creditors and sort out what you can afford topay -- you only make one payment to the company who pass it on
dont just ignore the debts they wont go away and it will ony make you feel worse
hope things look better tomorrow
Thanks guys will look into it and see what I can find. I was good though I did not let the thoughts get to me and I was safe all night. Had a nice morning so far so hopefully it will carry on.
I hoping that you're not in pain because of something you've done to yourself and I'm sorry to hear things aren't going so good where work and "friends" are concerned

Hey you are NOT a freak. Not at all. I'm sorry you're going through so much at the moment and I wish I could do more to help than Pms. Did you check out any of those debt place things?
