A kinda creative question.
Ok, as some of you might know from my Facebook and what not i'm organising a event, I won't go into details.
Anyways, I thought it would be a good idea to get a picture made like the one i'll link below but for what my event if for, that's just a example that happen to be on my timeline right now.
A few questions, what is a good (free, easy) program to use to make these things, would that be paint? Word?
Would I have to convert it to something that can then be put online? If so how does one do that?
Example -
I'm sorry about all the questions and what not! I am rather slow when it comes to this stuff.

I would've suggested Adobe Illustrator, but I guess you got this. c: Good job!
P.S. It DOES cost money, but there are ways to get it free. :P

I ended up just doing a very simple picture/document in word (I won't upload here, it's too political) and then took a screenshot :)
