Screws
I had a loose screw, then all of a sudden I had a lost screw. Bugger. Without the screw, I can't see a damn thing.

What's 'special'? The screw holding the lens in place in my glasses. I have it selotaped in place right now.

Replace the screw with a stud earring. Slots in nicely. My glasses were held together for months like that and I didn't even notice the difference!

It turned out I actually snapped the frame, all my screws are in fact, where they should be. I have superglued them for now.
|

This happened to me once when I was eating one of my school dinners. They literally pinged off my face and the lens narrowly missed my food. For all I know I could have eaten the screw that was no-where to be found... :P
