Alex- what a star! I'm glad you talked to your mam; I hope she's being supportive. Well done for trying with everything.
Amy- well done for getting showered and eating and relaxing with your boyfriend. I hope that helped your urges subside a little. And yay for sensible bed time!

Claire-Rose- Congratulations on your dissertation progress! You're way ahead of me now :P And it's great that you're trying to have a balanced diet and getting ALL the vitamins; I hope you start to feel better for it!
Conor- you're a legend! Well done for ALL the excellent college work and for seeing the GP and doing so bloody well with smoking. So proud of you.

Kat- well done for starting on your uni work; I hope it's going OK!
Rob- well done for being open about self-harm for SIAD and for arranging stuff with CMHT!

I don't know if I've really done anything heroic. I should get my thinking cap on to find some heroic pursuits to attend to!

Need to phone them tomorrow to ask for a different day or time as they've asked if I can go at the time I'm due at the job centre.
I'm not so heroic anymore anyway.

#1 - I started my placement today in a new area/hospital
#2 - I discussed and showed my scars to my educator and her boss and acted completely sane when they said that it was up to me whether to cover/show and that they'd ask infection control for advice oO

Me again.
Today I was told that infection controlhad passed me meaning I could do a ward round which meant wearing short sleeves, which I did. all day. and only had a minor stumble when asked 'what happened to your arm, is it a cut?' To which I said 'oh.er.er.er.its just scars' and bless him, he left it at that

:)

Well done on getting your placement Chelsey!

I'm pretty sure everyone knows about my heroics by now, but I'll report them here anyway: I got into a German university and will be starting there in July!
