I don't think it was that long ago I saw Paranoid Android here. The picture she was using was a different person than the old ones she used to use, or she looks incredibly different and older. Didn't particularly like Nessa but hope she's doing okay.
Vanessa could turn sharp - but a lot of that was stress at home (A reason getting married seemed good) - and then getting stressed being a supporter when that live help thing kicked in . She was fairly tranparent - if in a good mood or bad you would know. She was basically a good hearted kid (and she was only 18 when last around regularly) I had concerns about being pushed over the edge
Last I heard from Nessa, which was a good few months ago, she was working two jobs and I think was separating or separated but I could be getting her mixed up with someone else on the last part. :\
Ah I wouldn't be surprised. I got a bit on her bad side trying to talk her down from that cliff lol.

I feel like complete bitch is still around too but I can't recall the username, but it could also be someone else.
I know some people need to change usernames but I always thought it was made too easy. So much continuity gets flushed for whats often just an urge to change for change sake. I've belonged to forums where its not allowed and there is some wisdom to it

She did have a wicked streak. I was never really a chatter so I only knew her from afar - but she seemed to have quite knack for hacking. How many 16 year old girl hackers were there in 2004 lol?

This thread actually makes me sad - so much has changed, so many people have moved on etc. So pleased for them all, but feel kinda as though I shouldn't still be here - I'm 22 now - I was 14 when I first visited RYL.
Does anyone still hear anything from Roby/Abigail/Fallen Rain/(Something to do with flying hippos!!). We used to be really close but have lost contact. Would love to know how she's doing.
