Struggling today
I'm really having a hard time today. Trying to write the first paper of the semester and get my readings done. Not working. So much anxiety, I worry too much. The paper is all written in my head but I cant get it on paper. This is my last semester of school ever but I can tell its going to suck. Any strategies for getting past the anxiety stage?

I'm sorry if this doesn't really fall under serious. It kinda is. School is a major trigger for me. I can feel my mental health declining by the minute. I just need to get this stuff done.

Umm, I don't really have any advice but want you know that people do care.
I hope you get through this. I can understand school being a trigger for you. Just remember that you are awesome.
If things get tough with work for it go for a walk and go back to it when you feel calmer. X

If it feels serious to you, its serious.
For me when I am sat with a blank peice of paper and I have so many ideas I tend to turn it round so its portrait and do a spider diagram of scribbled thoughts OR just go head first into writing whatever comes to mind and then organise it and cut paste the paragraphs into the order you want later.
Is there anyone at school who you can seek support from? Its not nice to feel like you can't cope, but having someone to share worries with and check in with can be helpful so you don't feel totally alone whilst there.
I hope you feel better soon x

It's never my first choice to talk to the teacher as I am in the social work graduate program and not supposed to be screwed up. I am scheduled to see the disability counselor on Wednesday but the paper and readings are all due Tuesday. Really feeling crappy but trying to get what I can done.

Update: Still not done with a 4 page paper! 4 pages! And a ton of reading left. No meds, not sleeping tonight. I suck at school.

Paper is done. It took an all-nighter. But now I realized that I have another one next week adn another one the following week with very little time off of work and internship. I'm basically screwed and really freaking out. Its just one more damn semester!

It will be fine don't worry. School triggers my anxiety too. Just take it one step at a time and relax. Its hard i know but just take a minute or two to relax. don't go all into it. take it step by step.

Thank you. I'm trying, I really am. This just feels like too much. I am going to the disability office counselor tomorrow to see if she has any advice.
