Mike you know you can always meet me in order to stop feeling lonely. We could meet at Cafe Nero or alternatively go to a pub. I get lonely too, but my voluntary work helps! I would suggest you join me there, but I know how much you hate cats LOL. Alternatively you could join me in my regular swimming, but I know it can be difficult to start swimming.
If you want to start voluntary work, I suggest you make an appointment with AVOW, they are super great and they got me my current position.
