Thanks, that means a lot. My depression is pretty bad today but I managed to go to my volunteering anyway so that's good. Seeing my CPN in a few minutes.

Went fine with my CPN, had a bit of a low weepy evening yesterday but survived without self harming. A bit low and tired today but nothing tragic.

Thanks for the encouragement, I was quite proud of myself too. I don't really have anything planned for today although I may have another go on my bike (I'm re-learning how to ride it ;-p).

Thanks so much for the encouragement and support.

Unfortunately have gone down quite a bit. The whole 'it should have killed me but ended up in intensive care so didn't' thing is really, really messing with my head in a way I can't quite explain. I don't know how I feel about being alive. I'm scared of hell but I feel like I'm destined not to be here. And I will be going to hell no matter whether or not I add suicide to my sins. I've sinned plenty already.
