For me dinner and tea are interchangeable. Lunch is just lunch.
This. I've never heard people calling lunch dinner before, that would confuse me so much.
I'm from up north, if I'm not making tea then it's around sixish, sometimes earlier, usually earlier in the summer (bringing seasons into the equation). If I am making it then it's usually later, as in eight onwards.

Reason: Capitalising seasons like a twonk.
Oh god I want to hear you say,
I want to hear you say that you were wrong again
This is the first thing
I have understood:
Time is the echo of an axe
Within a wood.
I'd have my dinner between 12-2pm, then my tea between 5.30-7pm. My family will usually eat a little closer to 5.30, while I prefer to eat closer to 7pm. In my house, we don't do 'lunch' - it's some posh Southern concept I'm from North Wales.
And the illusion of love is the only promise of defence, and even that will crumble.
I had my dinner at 5.30 last night (my northern friend was here) and by 10 i was so hungry!x
There are times to stay put, and what you want will come to you.
But there are times to go out into the world and find such a thing for yourself.
I aint no abacus but you can count on me.
I have dinner about 2 - 4pm [college, its about 12 - 1pm but i never eat at college, i panic too much]

moved to Rotherham when i was 11.5 years old
moveed to Sheffield when i was 12 and been here ever since

I'm way up north. Mine ranges from 5pm - 11pm, haha. My grandparents eat at 4:15pm every day.
Now I'll play your ghost as my ace, whenever I'm led astray.
But I am actually good, can't help it if we're tilted.
I'm in my right place, don't be a downer.
I eat my dinner at 4.30, but my parents eat anywhere from 6 -7 pm. I am always hungry by then!
We're from North Wales!

i'm from the north of england and i eat my dinner at...whenever. when my friend comes over she moans that we don't tend to eat dinner until about three in the morning. an exaggeration, but we don't tend to eat until about eight to ten.
