link to an thread on how to deal with flashbacks. Also as terrifying as the flashbacks are it is important to remember that they can't hurt you, they are just images.
It's hard to find love again after we have been hurt but it is out there. There are people out there that won't hurt you. You just have to allow yourself to trust someone but that takes time. Are you receiving any support for what happened to you? Hold on there, I know it's tiring but you will get through this. Take care
