welsh people, please help, desperate!!

I need to be able to do a good south wale accent for a play i'm doing and I'm struggling with consistancy of it, it keeps turning into every other accent but the one i want!

Is there a lovely welsh person here who could use video to help me? I don;t need to see you just hear you to try and to mimic!! Please I don't want to get on stage and suck

I am from south wales however I only have the accent when I hang around with other welsh sounding people.

One thing I would say is accents are all about how you say the vowels. So watch gavin and stacey and listen to their vowels, and try and copy those.

I am from Wales but because I was in London before, I only have a slight twang on certain words so not very helpful. Sorry!!

Apparently when I was a toddler, I used to come out with phrases randomly in a Welsh accent [one being 'in the cupboard'] - my Grandma was from Tredegar, South Wales. Kind of cute in a South London suburbia toddler, methinks!

Though I am Welsh (and therefore have a Welsh accent) like Mike I am from Wrexham, so it's no good for your specific needs (if anyone is wondering what I sound like I sound like Spike from Notting Hill).
