Hey there, it sounds like things are quite difficult for you right now. I'm wondering if you have any support round you at the moment? Friends or family etc. It can really help to talk to someone about how you're feeling, even if it's just a distraction.
Have you tried any distractions? There are many
here which could really help you, especially if you are harming when you are bored.
With finding why you harm in the first place, perhaps you could write down exactly how you are feeling just before an urge or when you are harming? This can help pin point your emotions and maybe lead you closer to an answer.
