Husband took away all "tools"
My husband told me today that he took away all of my "tools" and every sharp object in the house they are no longer on our property!
 I can't do this!

We're all in the same game;
Just different levels.
Dealing with the same hell;
Just different demons.

He took them away because he loves and cares about you and doesn't want you to hurt yourself.
You can do it!, You just need to start finding better coping methods.
How about you come up with a step by step plan on what to do when you get urges to self harm?.
Like number 1 could adressing the emotions your having and if your feeling angry/emotional/sad then do something that will relax you but not hurt you.
Then number 2 could be to send a general message to a friend or talk to your husband.
Step 3 could be to watch one of your favourite tv shows/films, paint your nails, even sleep if you can and it may help the urges pass.

how are you doing?
i know this is a tough adjustment, as i had my parents take away everything, but it can really turn out for the better if you use it as an opportunity to find new positive ways to cope.

this is my magical medicine cabinet. Left to right they contain: courage, hope, calmness, and strength.
The magical part: They NEVER run out, so borrow some any time you want.
PM me anytime, I love getting messages :)
