Your experiences with Amisulpride.
I am aware that Amisulpride is not marketed in the US and some other countries so my sample size will be reduced.
What are your experiences of Amisulpride, if you have taken it?
I am being very slowly titrated up on it while my Olanzapine might be decreased. My psychiatrist has an aim of 10mg Olanzapine + 600-800mg Amisulpride. Right now I am on 15mg Olanzapine + 300mg Amisulpride. It is working quite well, but improvement is still needed. (I used to be on 20mg Olanzapine but my mental health improved with the introduction of Amisulpride and the Olanzapine-induced sedation was worse than it is now).

PM me if you want a PDF copy of the ICD-10 or the Mental Health Act 1983/2007. I ALSO HAVE THE DSM-V BOOK and am a pharmacology student.
I have a visual impairment / neurological problems so I need people to type in clear text and no funny fonts. Also excuse any typos, my vision blocks things out.
I have autism and have problems communicating, PMs included.
Just becasue I type well doesn't mean I speak well. I am only part time verbal.

Thanks. I'm actually hoping my periods stop, but lactation isn't nice; I had that on Risperidone.
My psych thinks increasing the Amisulpride will help with anxiety, but I have my doubts as Amisulpride is closer to a dopamine-2 blocker than a serotonin-dopamine antagonist.

That sounds awful.
I have a high tolerance for most meds, both in efficacy and side-effects. I tend to need doses at the higher end of the range for them to work and for side-effects to appear.
I've been on 25mg of Olanzapine (yes, 25mg - my psych increased it beyond the BNF range) before with minimal sedation/hunger.
However now that my illness is improving, and changing, I am managing on 15mg of Olanzapine, but the Amisulpride is in the process of being increased as some of my symptoms are still bothering me.
