Sorry I dissapeared last night, I eventualy fell asleep. I'm still struggling a lot, just want to cry, but I'm around people so can't. I saw my therapist this morning, but he only saw me for 20mins. He is starting to piss me off because he always finishes the session early, we are supposed to have 50 mins. I didn't tell him how low I'm feeling.

nope I've not heard from uni yet, but I've emailed them to ask to be told the outcome, so hopefully they tell me today. I'm scared to ask him why he does it, I'm very shy and anxious when takling to people, so don't tend to ask.
I've got to tidy the flat when I get home from uni as I'm skyping my mum and sister later and they want an inspection, but I have no energy or motivation to clean and tidy.
