I can't keep doing what I am doing. Something has to change because every day a little hope dies. I can't keep hurting . This is not what I was put on the earth to do. And I refuse to keep doing it. I really wish the people who said they were willing to help would actually help instead of saying to call when I am in a crisis and I do and they don't answer ! They wonder why I can't trust people. I need someone to talk too !

I understand the frustration unfortunately I don't really know what to say to make you feel better. Just know that you're not alone in feeling this way. Hell, I honestly feel like I could've written that same post myself almost word for word.

I am sorry you are struggling so much right now, i understand when you say a little hope dies each day, i understand that..

Have you got anyone like a GP that you can talk too? When you say you tried ringing people when your in a crisis, do you leave a voicemail for them to get back to you?

i'm glad to hear that you're alright. i hope that you really are (as i know that i sometimes say that when i'm trying to convince myself that i'm ok)

you've realized that something needs to change. that is an important realization! now, you've got to gather the energy and motivation to make it change. what are the things that you want to change? what specific things do you want to happen? now, before you throw yourself into all of them, figure out which of those things are actually under your control (ex: don't decide to change how your family acts. their actions are under their control, not yours). once you've identified what things you have the power to change, set those things as your goals, and plan what steps you need to take every day to achieve them.




this is my magical medicine cabinet. Left to right they contain: courage, hope, calmness, and strength.

The magical part: They NEVER run out, so borrow some any time you want.
