I have yet to figure out how to shave in the shower. Isn't one hampered by the torrent of water?! That requires a bath but a not altogether different routine.

Why does water affect the shaving process? I even shave in the shower without getting my [head] hair wet, and I have very long hair! Again, the long hair refers to the hair on my head...
Jump in
Get wet
Put shampoo on hair
Wash face
Wash out shampoo
(I only condition like once a month... so that would happen here...)
Put shower gel on flannel and wash self
Shave if needed
Wash self again
Wash out flannel
Jump out
Get dressed
Hum turn the hot tap on faff around whilst the water warms the bath so my feet dont get cold!
Get in to bath go eek thats hot!!
Add cold water to the mix
Take shower down to check temperature
Put shower on it's holdy thing and im ready
Hair gets washed then using the suds I shave my armpits if needs be
Then rinse hair
Then use shower gel all over
Rinse body
Turn off shower get out
Exceptions are if I'm conditioning after rinsing the shampoo I put on the conditioner (it's one of those that you keep on for a bit!) then I shave my legs etc.
Rinse conditioner and then I'm ready to shower gel ....

My showering process is uber quick as I hate bathrooms in general:
- Get it
- Apply damned spot removal face cleanser
- Lather up
- Shave if needed/can be bothered
- Rinse
- Brush teeth whilst in shower but use tap water, obviously
- Get the frack out
Run it to the right temperature.
Wet hair.
Shampoo hair.
Wash off shampoo.
Put on conditioner.
Wash body using shower gel.
Wash off conditioner.
Get out.
Turn shower on, wait for it to warm up (takes about a thousand years)
Get wet
Apply Shampoo and immediately rinse out
Apply conditioner and re-brush hair
Wash body and shave if needs be
Rinse out conditioner
Wash face (about a thousand different face wash scrubby things)
Ex-foliate body
Get out and dried
Moisturise!
Have you ever looked fear in the face and said "I just don't care"?

ok so, i have a pretty rigid shower routine. it goes like this:
Shampoo and rinse.
Put conditioner on.
Clean face and rinse.
Shave if anything needs shaving.
Wash body.
Rinse conditioner out of hair and rinse body.
brush teeth whilst standing under water to make sure all the conditioner is gone.
Exactly this except I brush my teeth at the sink instead of in the shower

We are so accustomed to disguise ourselves to others that in the end we become disguised to ourselves.
1. Wait for water to warm up.
2. Get in.
3. Wash hair.
4. Condition hair.
5. Wash/exfoliate body.
6. Wash face.
7. Shave legs/underarms/arms/face if necessary.
8. GTFO.
Occasionally in the morning I get sidetracked by the sheer deliciousness of the warm water. Then daydreaming may commence at any point between steps 1 and 6, but once I hit 7 I'm in the clear.
