To everyone who wants to participate thank you so much! I know I've been MIA (things have gotten a bit crazy for me lately) but I'll be sending out the surveys to the new interest, and yes, I am slowly but surely getting around to answering the surveys sent in.
As far as who is going to be "chosen", I wont know who will be included until after the chapters are written, approved and terms/legal stuff worked out. For now, I'm just trying to collect information and get everything ready to start writing. The more people who are interested in participating the better the book will be.
