Contains sexual abuse - I don't know what to do
He... He.... He said he'd hurt me if I told. But I feel like I'm not going to be able to be quiet about it for much longer, its been too long already even though I know it's going to be really difficult telling my T. I just want to get better and to get away from it all... I can't handle the flashbacks and nightmares. Everything reminds me of him. I wish he knew the damage he has done but he obviously didn't care about me even though he was my best friend. What to do :(

he wouldn't know if you talked to your T. therapists have to stay confidential, so no one would know if you talked about it in a session *hugs*
