because I dont like my job, and none of us like the way we're treated or spoken to by the chef. To the point where one boss left and we've had the replacement (who already worked with us) hand in his notice not even a month later. I got screamed at today, and we've all said that if my current boss (who did hand in his notice but has been persuaded to stay) does leave, so will we! I go into work not knowing if I'm going to get the overly fake niceness, be blanked, or be screamed at so I refuse to go in the kitchen! My boss agrees, but its not his place to do hiring and firing! (its complicated, its "run" by committee members, and we're just part of the catering team)
This is to the point where when I left, my boss gave me a bottle of champagne (he was given a crate by a client) for all the **** I put up with!

well, I have my English birth certificate name, which is Bethany Rose, and then I have my Hebrew name, which is Baila Rosa :) It doesnt directly translate, my parents were allowed to pick both :)
