Hi
Hi im new to here and ive been bullied on and off most ofmy life and last year i started to self harm I had many friends that had been doing it for a while and made it seem almost glamorous and have stopped since but it feels like a constant burden over my head like im always going to slip up and go back and its scary

Hiya Bri, I'm sorry to hear you have gone through such awful experiences. I too was bullied, and know the effect which it can have on your mental health.
Many people "try" self-harm because they believe it to be almost a "right of passage" - but they don't truly experience the feelings which you or I may feel behind the act xx
