Cacophonous means "having an unpleasant sound". No offence but I'm confused as I am taking the word cacophonous as not pleasurable? Can you explain? Sorry.

Today was too hot in my opinion; it got to 28.6C maximum in my garden according to my weather station.

PM me if you want a PDF copy of the ICD-10 or the Mental Health Act 1983/2007. I ALSO HAVE THE DSM-V BOOK and am a pharmacology student.

I have a visual impairment / neurological problems so I need people to type in clear text and no funny fonts. Also excuse any typos, my vision blocks things out.
I have autism and have problems communicating, PMs included.

28.6 degrees is a bit hot actually, I think it only got to around 23 or 24 where I am that was just perfect for today :)

Today was the perfect weather for me, boiling hot, sunny and cloudless.
I don't care if I'm a ginger, hot weather is when I'm happeh!

I was just going to post a thread whining about the heat. So I'll post here instead. It's funny reading this thread and seeing the differences in what people think are hot. Where I live it's been getting up to about 108F (42.2C for UK people), and it's horrible. So hearing 28.6C (83.5F) would be great right now, although I do agree a bit cooler is even nicer. I've noticed how accustomed to hot weather I am, as not knowing it's like 90F (32.2C), I'll comment on how "nice" it is. I'm dreading the 115F (46.1C) that we'll get here for about two months, where it'll occasionally get to the 120'sF (about 50C). Even though it's not humid here, the dry heat will just scorch your skin at that heat. It literally feels like your skin is cooking. I'm pretty sure the cooking the egg on the pavement is not a hyperbole here. I actually like humidity if it's 90F or below, because even though you sweat a lot, at least you're sweating and there's moisture! I went to Ohio last summer in July in that type of weather and it was amazing compared to here. At 115F you don't even seem to sweat until you get inside. In July it will sometimes never go below 100F even at 2am, and it's so ridiculous because you literally can't sit outside even mildly comfortably at 2am. But then we'll have weird weather shifts where it'll change by 40F within a couple weeks and when it's not completely summer, we'll have about that much of a shift sometimes between the night and the day low and high. Yeah I can't wait to get out of here.

But ideal for me would probably be in the 60-70F (15.6-21.1C) range, although there are times I like 80-90F (26.6-32.2C) humid weather and other times I like colder, 40-50F (4.4-10C) if its dry. I've never really been in humid chilly weather so I don't know about how that is. It gets 40-50F for a few months in the winter before it drop and its amazing. Especially when it rains. But once its drops into the 20-30F (-6.6--1.1C) range it sucks, because it's not rainy enough here to snow more than once every few years, but stuff still freezes and ice is everywhere. I also can't pick between sunny and rainy. I used to like only rainy but I think I've done so much work/exercise outdoors in the summer here that I've gotten to like the less extreme heat. Also I can do without actual thunderstorms or excessive rain, because unless I'm indoors, they always cause a ton of problems here. If there's no rain you get horribly dangerous dust storms, and if it rains too much, whoever planned this place didn't bother with good drainage systems and the roads flood horribly. We also got a horribly destructive hailstorm one summer. So rainy I like, but it can't be so bad that it gets destructive.

Stereotypes are the epitome of human laziness.

I could be wrong, but I don't think a cacophonous sound has to be unpleasant. I was using it to indicate an extremely raucous and jarring noise.

I'm probably in the minority but I like all kinds of weather.

I've lived in sub-tropical climates and love the heat and humidity. I miss hot rain!
I've also lived in Eastern Europe and love getting all wrapped up when it's sub-zero and snowy.
Cold, grey and rainy remind me of home so I like that.
I really like gusty wind and storms of any kind are cool.

I suppose Kiev gives me the best of both worlds cos we've got harsh winters and hot summers.

Today here fits the OP's perfect weather. I like it hot, maybe 25 celsius or more with no clouds and being by the sea so there is a breeze. I'm one of those who could lie in the sun all day reading or just doing nothing. I like the rain too though when I'm feeling miserable and stormy when I'm lying in bed all tucked up.

It became like a sort of prison. Encased in a silver shell, words so full of bleeding need spilled like drops on dry leaves. And all the while laughter prevailed a long way from here. Nowhere land, nowhere time, nowhere space.

Cardigan weather.

When it's preferable to wear a cardigan outside as to not get cold, but not need a thick jacket because it's not that cold and not raining.

Pretty much this. I love cardigans >_>

My Swedish friend taught me a Swedish word about this. It's lagom; it means when something is ideal, like an ideal weather condition.

I dislike high humidity too.

I collapsed in the heat (relative heat) yesterday. I am housebound until it cools down.

Generally, I prefer being cold over being hot, as I say a lot, there's only so many layers you can take off when your boiling and sweating, it's uncomfortable to sleep/if you ever get to sleep, you get cranky/moody, you get agitated, you get headaches/light sensitivity[well I do], you feel drained more easily, you get sunburn[owch], blah blah.

When it's cold, you can wrap up warm, snuggle up in bed, have hot cocoa and relax, yeah your hands/feet may go numb[and your nose sometimes too ha!], but it's better than sweating and not being able to do anything but sit there and be all sticky and sweaty and frustrated and bleh.

Yeah.

I will say that in the heat, you get beautiful flowers, stunning butterflies, wonderful blue skies, cute ladybugs, etc, so I love those things :)

In a world where you can be anything, be yourself.
