How much would you pay to have your nails done (if at all) and what would you have done?

I have gotten acrylic nails for prom and once as a girls' day. The most I paid for them each was probably about $35.

No way. Fish freak me out.

Do you get your hair cut or do your own?

I get it cut, because I am clumsy and accident-prone.

How often do you treat yourself to a bit of pampering?

Rarely.

Nope. Natural redhead, and keeping it that way.

Never.

What would you choose to do to pamper yourself?

Do my nails, have a hot shower.

I had this done when backpacking in southeast Asia - for the grand sum of 5 ringgit which is about £1! I don't think I'd pay to have it done here (uk) though! It was more a novelty experience. It feels really weird, a bit ticklish and like they're pinching at your feet with thier tiny nibbly mouths. It's a bit freaky watching them stick their heads up out the water with mouths open, and also they seem to like some feet more than others so they can crowd around one person which is kind of funny!

Cut becuause it's elbow-length so doing it on my won would be hard. But only every 18 months or so.

I paid about £15 once to have my nails done. I had a french manicure for my 21st birthday!

No because it's unhygienic. The fish can transfer bacteria between people.

I get my hair cut. The hairdresser comes to my house, hell yeah.

I'd never had my nails done til I went to Saigon and a mate got me into it. Then I used to get them done regularly but it was only $2 for a manicure & polish and another $2 for a hand and arm massage. I've not had it done in Europe so no idea how prices compare.

I had it done once. I was on holiday in Thailand, a bit drunk and had a couple of hours to kill before my bus. It was weird and kinda nice but I can't say my feet felt that much different afterward.

I'd never be able to do my own, so I get it cut but not very often. I really want to get it cut now but my Russian is rubbish and I'm scared.

I used to try to do something every Sunday evening, like my nails or a face mask of something. But I forget more often than I remember.

Full colour. I used to have highlights but it was easier to colour it all because I can do it myself. I don't like dying my hair but when it's its natural colour I look EXACTLY like my mother and it's just unnerving.

I do it myself, whenever the roots start to grow out and look manky.

What would you choose to do to pamper yourself?
Face packs are nice, especially the clay ones. And I like deep-conditioning hair packs as well. I spend quite a lot of time playing around with different nail varnishes.

What is your idea of a pamper night at home?
Bath + oils with a good book, face pack and nail session. Oh, and wine. Lots of delicious delicious wine.
