Need help thinking of songs (lots of reading)

I'm making this video for a final project in a class of mine, that I also want to show at my graduation open house. It's supposed to be about my twin brother and I, so I've scanned a bunch of pictures of us, and I plan to make a video/slideshow starting with pictures of us extremely close together and have them get gradually further apart (we're going to different colleges next fall, this will be the most we've ever been apart), all set to music. I just need some suggestions for songs that would go well with this idea. So far I've got Randy Newman's "You've got a friend in me", and Weezer's "My Best Friend", but I'm looking for something a little sadder and about growing apart or something like that. Any suggestions? I greatly appreciate any and all help, I really want to make this special for my family.

I personally like it, but eery and sad songs in big crowds make people cringe and uncomfortable so don't choose a melancholic song.

Going to separate colleges doesn't mean you're being separated, though. Pick songs you both like and make a video about your friendship as siblings is my suggestion.
