Accessing member journals

Hi,
I don't know if this has been aksed already, but can anyone point me to the direct link to the member journals section? I have tried to click t he link at the top of the page a milliion times, and my browser just won't take me there. It may be my adaptive technology, but I can't be sure. Thanks.

Oh, this may be why. I can hardly use drop d own menus with my adaptive software. Thanks for the mxplanation, but quite a bummer.
