You NEED to tell the psych about how you're feeling. You're saying none of it's helping...but if you don't tell them they can't help you. You can't say that the help failed you when you weren't honest about how things were.

Your kids would not be better off without you. No child should be without a parent. After losing a family member to suicide take it from me that NEVER leaves you.

If you posted here you obviously do want help, but we can't help you because we're not there with you. You need to reach out to the professionals like you have to us. Only they can do something to actively help you right now. We can keep telling you not to buy pills and not to take them and to go to hospital but it's only you who can. Believe me, if I could I'd drive you myself but I can't. None of us can. Beginning a plan makes things so much worse; if you're in a mindset that you KNOW you're starting to plan then you need to stop yourself from doing it.

I'm guessing that the reason for wanting to do this is because you don't want to keep living through this pain and keep having these thoughts but suicide does not become the solution...if you die you don't feel at all; the good and the bad. You said before when you first got out of hospital that you felt much better...things can get back to that and carry on being like that...but if you're not here anymore you won't know that.

We're here for you, and I love you darling. I don't want to lose you and neither does anyone else here.

Please, listen to what we're saying and be honest and get help.

And surely it shows that they care about you, if people don't want you to die. Try to view that a little more rationally.

Rach sweetie, Please get in touch with your pysch with your husband because they needs to know how you are feeling at this moment. I think it would have been better to get help and going to the A&E right away if it's serious risks that you have now.

Your kids really needs their mother because they might be hurt/confused of what's going to happens to you. No child couldn't live without their loving & caring mother that you can be there for them. Please, Just think of your kids and that your main reason is keep your lives with your kids.

No one wants you to die. We all can support you as anytime as we can do is get you some help and going to the A&E. Look at us, We all loves you so much because you're a great helper for the ryl people here. It's their turns to help you to get in touch with your psych and tell them how are you feeling and set the plans so they will help you whatever you really needs.

Your husband doesn't hate you. If he hated you he wouldn't be reacting to it like this. He's show no emotion to it. He cares a great deal...I'm sure he just doesn't know how best to help. So tell him.

You always have a choice, and that fact is unless you even try to get help whats the point really. Go to your appointment and tell them everything thats going on so they can help.
