dont want to go cant go. i know he wont hurt me it would be unprofessional? right? im so scared. he cant he'll get in trouble he does this a hundred times a day. last year i went and the exam couldnt be finished cuz i freaked out cuz her touch brought me back "there" (if that makes any sense) and it was happening all over again even though she was a woman? that time the doctor was a lady but she was really rough. she didnt explain things so maybe he will and that will make it all better?
i dont know what to do.

Firstly, I think you are so strong for even turning up to the appointment and wanting to go through with it in the first place, you should be proud of yourself.
And yes, it would be unprofessional and completely unlawful if the gynaecologist hurt you, and this is very unlikely to happen.
Don't worry, you do make perfect sense, triggers like this can take you back to reliving what happened regardless if they were male or female.
And they are professionals at the end of the day, maybe you could ask them before they start to explain to you the procedure and go through what will happen.
Also, if you can, do you think it would be helpful for you to mention to them that you are nervous and you have had bad experiences etc, i'm sure they will see plenty of other patients in similar situations to you and they must know that the procedure can be quite embarrassing and difficult anyway.
I hope the appointment goes well for you, and things get tricky, just remember that thy cannot hurt you, you can stop at any time, and you are the one in control of what happens.

Don't be sorry hun, no wonder you are trembling. *cuddles* and even if you do panic, remember that it is not your fault.
Its completely understandable that you would be panicking when the procedure begins, maybe you could try some breathing exercises to help to calm you down if things get too much?
And remember, you are in control of what happens, if you are really uncomfortable then you can stop it at any time.
i wasnt in control he wouldnt let me be in control he treated me like a common street girl when i told him i wasnt a virgin and he got rude with me and didnt stop when i asked him and said that i could handle it lots of women handled it he didnt respect me at all. didnt panic though sort of dissociated after i requested a break the first time and he said no or else he'll be running behind.

That is an awful experience. No woman should be treated in that way but especially after you have explained your difficulties, that is absolutely disgusting.
Please make a complaint and stop this happening to other women and also to stop you from having to see this 'Doctor' again.
