I like to spam Facebook so I did two sepearate ones, one about not self harming and then another one about SIAD.

I drew orange butterflies all up my arms, and then got my friends to draw some for me as well. I spent the day walking around college showing them off proudly to everyone, not caring if they saw the scars. It's just sad that not everyone is aware of the significance that yesterday held for all of us on RYL.... :)

^ I completely agree, so little people knew what yesterday was, yet it seemed such a big day to everyone here. Im proud of everyone who tired to raise awareness.
I didn't do much in a way of awareness but it was my friend's 18th birthday yesterday and i wore orange bracelets and drew butterflies on my arm and openly told anyone what it was for when asked.

I failed to wear anything orange as I forgot and am in show-mode and running off three days at the moment (today, tommorrow and the other day[being any day in the past]) and only ever realise what date it is when I look at my watch which I don't do very often.
Oh well. There's always other years!
