Sleeves
So I've been thinking about saving up money to buy a few sleeves, I know I want to have electronic nodes going down my entire left arm, but I dont know what I should get for my right arm, anyone have any ideas?

Take me away, I just want out from this self-imprisoned self-made Hell. Don't be surprsed, this is your mind coming to life by self-sacrifice. This tragedy of death will walk hand in hand with every thought of regret. Blame yourself for what you've become. The mind is a powerful thing set to self-destruct.

I've always thought sleeves look best when they're a collection of smaller pieces, maybe with something connecting them. Like a friend of mine has a cobweb motif running through all the tatts down his arm, and it's sort of connected the smaller works together.
Also, two full piece sleeves can sometimes make a jarring contrast where one doesn't compliment the other.
Look at some biomech designs if you really want it done as one (think H.R. Geiger), I've seen some really amazing stuff done in that style.
So, yeah, my advice would be to get one arm done with the nodes as you've planned, and do the other as smaller pieces with a running motif. Either way, think about how the two will look together, cos I've known two people who've had single piece sleeves done on both arms and loved the individual bits, but not liked them together later down the line.

Aye, it's definitely more personal that way. You kind of end up with a story on your arm, which is pretty sweet when you think about it

A few sleeves?
You only have two arms, how many sleeves are you planning on "buying?"

Tell me I'm not the only one who read this and thought, but why would you buy sleeves without the rest of the tshirt?
And in seriousness Mrs Bungle has good advice.
