This morning I was told that we weren't allowed to open any presents until the turkey was in the oven. But my parents didn't know about my RYL package, so I snuck off to open that instead :)
I got a yellow paper hat and a joke, a pink Hello Kitty purse which had a cute little plastic pig inside it ^_^ and the fortune telling fishy, and a yellow stickman, and one of those little maze thingys, with the ball bearing that you have to get to the centre, and a small toy harmonica, which I haven't managed to take out of the wrapper yet, 'cause I can't find the scissors.
And a card with a lovely message inside it too :D

I know I should be grateful but seeing that pic I only had a cd of music I am not. Into and q bracelet(wish I love) but others got stuff they will use. I sound. Ungrateful but I was AAA bit disappointed today but I loved the card very cute so thankyou
Anyways, thank you for my gift all! :D It went to my uncle by mistake and he got confused by it because we are both 'J' haha! And then I realized it was from RYL and got excited! I have my fluffy socks on and enjoyed the little fortune telling fish!! :D

I felt really sobered today thinking about how in North Korea there are people who are so poor they're having to eat grass. I don't generally believe it's helpful to tell people to try and have a sense of perspective where MH problems are concerned, but I think occasionally, for me at least, it can come in useful.
I love Frank Sinatra, I'll have it. It's the thought that counts, time, love and energy went into organising, selecting & sending out your present. Claire's suggestion of giving it on to someone that may like it is a good one.

This really isn't what the idea behind this was about. It was about trying to make some people feel happy on Christmas, a time when things can get pretty tough.

I get maybe some people might have been a little disappointed with what they got, but its meant to be about the thought and the fact you have something to open.
If you dont like it give it to charity and let them have some use for it, rather than moaning about it.

I think that if youre disappointed with what you got you should express that away from RYL, because its so ungrateful, especially to people who couldnt afford to buy a ticket and so couldnt get involved. (I know Tony offered to give them for free but I know of people who didnt take up that offer)
Harley and Tony didnt have to do this at all, they couldve just put up a message saying merry christmas,but they took time and effort to send out presents to everyone who entered. How were they supposed to know what you like?They cant read minds!
I find it pretty shocking that youre being so ungrateful, you got other presents from other people, youre not exactly unloved.

P.S. I havent had mine,but whatever I get I will be grateful for.

I've been told that I'm pretty well known around these parts these days, and I wouldn't say I was sent anything of any particular value or whatever, but I am so grateful that time and effort was given up for little old me so I'd have something to open that I honestly wouldn't be more pleased with anything else. I'm sat rather happily playing patience with my mini playing cards and smiling at my Christmas card.
Please just take a moment to think about what you're saying and how Harley and Tony are going to feel when they see what you've written.
