theres so many probelms, so many problems.
i cant deal with it
the past is ugly
and for years its still no better

Not regulary at the moment why? i mean i cant cause they wanna control me u know right? they jsut want to hurt you like everytone else!

Why would they want to control you?
If you are feeling suicidal you should make contact with your gp as an emergency and they may refer you to a counsellor or mental health services which might be able to help you with the emotions and feelings you are struggling with/
