Chat...again!

I dont have the chat link on the main page like some other people were saying about in a diff thread but ive started a new thread coz my problem is a bit different.
I can get onto the chat page by going to the eyes at the bottom of the screen but when the chat page opens all i have is a blank white screen,no rooms to enter. If i scroll down the first thing i see is 'Guide to using RYL's chat' I take it the rooms are supposed to be above this? Is this a problem with my laptop?........help?!!

try clearing your cache and temp internet files and stuff.

I don't get any chat links that work either, butterfly, so I doubt it's your computer.

i have the same problem, its just blank where the rooms are meant to be :s

Ive cleared up my cache and temp internet files and i tried that link but there are still no rooms coming up on the page for me to enter. Oh god this is annoying! *cries*

Also. General point.
If I click onto the chat link from the "Who's online"page.
It sends meto a page of smilies. Not chat.

If you go to chat and cannot see anything - that will be because you don't have flash on your computer, go here to install it :

i cant get into chat.
ive got flash player...i thought i didnt but it turns out i do and when i try to get on chat it comes up 'loading....100%. OK'
but i dont get through to chat and its annoying.
any ideas?

Can yo tell me what version of windows you are using, what browser you are on and what version that is?
