Sexual Health - Can pushing your boobs make them sore/swell
Ok as the name says. I know it might sound silly, but i have this bad habit of pushing my breast in several times a day with the palm of my hand and i was wondering if this can causing them to feel sore and swollen.

Do you push them like quite roughly? im not entirely sure but maybe youve bruised them slightly, i know mine get quite sore from alot of contact which sounds odd but hey,, if youre really worried or if it hurts alot you should probably ask somone professional, which sucks but do consider it (:

youre the one doing it, you tell us. If they hurt now then probably, yes. If you stop doing it and they stop hurting, youve found your answer.

Pushing or prodding yourself hard anywhere on your body repeatedly and with such force, is going to hurt, including your breast. Breast can become sore, especially if knocked or bruised and it sounds like you may have managed to bruise or jar them.
Would be intrigued to know who on earth told you it shouldn't cause any pain? Is anyone encouraging this action - and is it for a specific reason, like reducing breast size?
Is there anything else you can do, like squeeze a pillow to reduce the urge to do this to yourself for at least a while. It might also be worth looking into some counselling that may help you deal with any underlying causes you may have, as it sounds like it is a compulsion now for you.
