so i slept for a few hours.
i havent felt this way in a very long time.

I dont want to say anything else i will regret, but i will leave these words up to prove to myself i need today.

I will not be on today. i am going somewhere safe for the next 24. maybe i will post tonight...i dont know if i will be able to...i just dont want you to worry about me.

You are lovely and kind, if not a little lost right now. However painful this episode I think it is a good thing. I know that sounds wierd but a strong reminder that things still remain untreated and unanswered will hopefully show you there is still much to be done.

Its time to put some of that amazing talent and energy and turn it inward now and truly start the healing process.
