Positive recovery post - My counsellor is proud of me... <3
Well in tuesday, I had my first counselling sesh, in 6weeks, because of it being arranged through school I hadnt seen her all holiday and I've been doing well with the self harm, so we started off with a catch up about what had been happening, and then she asked me about the cutting and I was so happy when I could tell the truth and say 'it's stopped' she was quite shocked and was like 'all together or just not as much' and I was like 'all together' she asked how long it had been, and I told her, about 3months and 1 week!:) which is amazing! She was really happy for me and said she was proud that I ha done it all by myself, so this really helped! Made me feel amazing knowing someone was proud of me out there!:)
So on Tuesday, we'll have another meeting, and she's said to find out some numbers of helplines when friends are not available, and i was wondering if any body knows any? For the uk though please!:) <3

Congrats!!!
That is SOOOO awesome!!! I am so so happy for you and proud of you!!! That is an amazing accomplishment and you definitely deserve to be proud of yourself!!! 
I'm glad your therapist is helping you find some helplines in case you find yourslef feeling down again, it's always a good thing to have a back-up plan just in case. (I'd give you suggestions, but I'm in the U.S.)
Remember, even if you someday do have a little slip-up, you can get right back up from it and be just as strong as ever. I know you can do this!! Great work!!

That's great! It's awesome you've been free for so long, and that you were even able to surprise your counselor about it :) I wish I could be a bit more helpful, and provide some hotline numbers for you... but I don't really know too much about those for the UK. Anyway, it's wonderful you're doing so well :) Keep it up *hugs*
