I'm going to do this tomorrow. I feel very behind you guys (a week) but I have planned the run into my schedule :) Woop!
Don't feel behind! Today is my week one day one part two! Technically that means I'm on week one with you too :)

Didn't go out today (I hate finishing work at six, it completely throws me off balance), so I'm going to try to get out tomorrow after work. We'll wait and see if this actually hapens though.

And I guess if your wrist is in a cast it is going to get sweaty! Sorry!
Someone remind me to go for a wee BEFORE I start running next time. Was bursting to go half way through.
And running in a pac a mac is like running in a binbag. Very sweaty!
The run was alright though. On week 2, and towards the end of the 90 secs on the later runs it started to get harder, but then by the next run I was ready to go again.

I've just finished week 1 today :)
It was so lovely to go for a run when it's so sunny... however, the podcast deleted itself off my ipod so I had to time myself instead but I actually pushed myself a lot more doing that, so that's all good.
Week 2 on Monday.
And Amy, a pac-a-mac, that sounds like it would have got sweaty!
I did my week 2 first run today (yes, I fell behind) and plan to do another tomorrow and another on Sunday to catch up :)
It was reasonably tiring but the 2 minute walk was great for recovery.
I should be doing my last week 2 run today, but I'm feeling way too anxious and paranoid to leave the flat, so it shall have to be done tomorrow.
I'm finding it ok so far, its nice to be able to run outside especially when the weather is nice.

Well I fell off the wagon due to the interference of life... Missed 2 weeks. Started again on week one yesterday. It went pretty good... My abs ached a bit but I made it through and wasn't even tired. Considered replaying the podcast and see how far I could go with it but I didn't. So my SIL and I headed back to the house during the cool down. I'll be running again tomorrow. :)
Now to be motivated enough to do hoopnotica tonight...
When my husband gets a Kinect, he's getting Zumba and UFC games for it. I may alternate between them on non run days. We'll see.
How is everyone else's C25K going?

I fell behind due to illness but did another week 2 run tonight (on a running track so I know that I covered about 2km total distance not counting the 5 min warm up and cool down walks) and it felt pretty good and was wondering if its a big jump up to week 3?
makedamnsure - I finished week 3 this week and started week 4. I'm like the most unfit person in the entire world and managed it, so I'm sure you'll be fine! If anything it's nicer having longer recovery walks and the whole thing seems to go a bit faster, too. It was definitely tough, but not too big a jump at all. Good luck!
Hope everyone's going well :)

Ah thank you hirple.
I find I start to tire at the end of the 90 seconds, but then I seem to be able to run faster and feel like I could keep going longer. And the walks feel too long if anything. Quite often I'm ready to run again sooner. But I'm sticking to it! And I feel great after.
