General Medical Question - Non Urgent - Strange spot on skin?

I've had this spot on my stomache for quite a few months now, I'm not really sure how long. It hasn't grown any larger or more pronounced, or if it has, it's been at a slow enough rate that I haven't noticed. The spot is right below my ribcage, left of the middle. It is fairly flat, and a slightly darker shade than my skin, a bit pinky. It is perfectly round, and only about half an inch in diameter. The closer thing I could find in reference is ringworm, except this has no ring whatsoever. It is completely painless and feels like regular skin. I haven't experienced any itchiness. Does anyone have any idea of what this might be? Thanks.

Could it be just a birthmark but a flat one? Maybe you should see your dr and get them to look at it, it might not be anything to worry about after all.

That's what I thought at first, but I've had it for less than a year, not since birth. Can birthmarks show up years later? And yeah, if it gets any bigger or anything I will go to the doctor.

Not a birthmark if it's only just appeared. Worth mentioning to a doctor - just to be on the safe side.
