new to RYL: need someone to talk to
I go by Breann...I'm new and found this site and I just want people to talk to who understand what i'm going through. I've never been properly diagnosed but my ex therapist has told me I have all the signs of uni-polar depression and also suffer from severe mood swings and anxiety. I have alot of family troubles and its the main source of my upsets, i guess. Today, i just had a breakdown and am feeling very helpless.

Hi Breann! I'm Kayla and I'm fifteen years old. I don't have any of those issues in common with you but I just wanted to drop in and say hello anyway. :) Everyone at RYL is very supportive regardless of what your problems are so feel free to post a thread on the boards if you need any advice or support. You can also add your piece of advice to anyone else's thread. The more replies the better! :) The chat room's always open too so that's a quick way to meet people. Also, make sure to check out the Fun and Distractions forum if you are ever an immediate danger to yourself.... if things get bad the endless quizzes will keep your mind and hands busy with something. :)
Anyway, Welcome to RYL! Hope you love it it here. :)
