Triggering (ED) - uhmm... num trig maybe

okay so my boyfriend and i went out for dinner tonight.. we went to chilis and i got a chicken plater. We also had chips and caso.. I ended up going to the bathroom and purging a couple times. Then we went to starbucks and i purged in their bathroom too. I mean **** ive gained 42 pounds (as of 2 months ago, so it ccould be more now) since january because ive been off my meds. im supposed to go wednesday to the doctor, and see if he will put me back on my medds. I feel bad because my boyfriend payed 40.00 dollars for dinner and dessert and all i did was throw it up.. So sad...

try not to feel to guilty, hun. it must have been really hard to try to manage eating out and eating a fair bit more than you usually do.

Baby, I'm you feel like you have to do that. But purging is so incredibly dangerous -as I'm sure you know- is there anyway you could talk to your doctor about this when you go about your meds?
